The dumb things we say - Episode 52

In this episode Shaun and Bo unpack some of the (how else can we put it….?) dumb things that us health practitioners say at times.<br/>While we have a bit of a laugh at some of these statements, we also have to take this idea seriously. Making outdated, uninformed or biased statements about what we claim to be achieving with manual therapy can be damaging to our profession, to our patients and to our own reputations.<br/>We hope that this episode helps us highlight and challenge our own words, the way we describe things and the claims we make. Our goal is to foster a culture thoughtfulness, progressive thinking and updated and improved models of patient care.<br/>We hope you find this one as entertaining as we did!
