The Essence of the Grace of God
Based on Ephesians 1:5-12, ‘The Essence of the Grace of God’ is a call to reflect on what the Grace of God truly means and how we can rely on its benefit to overcome sin in the world of sin. Grace, from the Christian perspective and theology is defined as the unmerited favour of God that brings about the salvation of sinners, grace influences and activates the regeneration and the sanctification of the sinner so as to keep the sinner conscious of what is sin because of the presence of the grace God.True Christianity is the product of God’s Grace, however, that is not a licence or an insurance to sin. Grace itself means nothing without the presence of sin, and if there is grace and it cannot eradicate sin it is also useless.
