What a pleasure and honor to get to spend time with performance artist, gender activist, and maestro Lechedevirgen. This one is a little longer in format, but how do you edit an intense conversation balancing colonialism, gender identity, activism, teaching, and survival into a short format? We slip in and out of Spanish, but we focussed on speaking English in the context of knowing the potential reach this audience might have to hear their important messages.
