For this episode of the mental threads podcast I will be conversing with one war veteran by the name of Jamie, she has been through a lot the past couple decades. A lot of her struggles range from a bit of an unstable upbringing, surviving toxic relationships, while also trying to grow past the traumas from being in Iraq veteran. We speak about a whole lot in regards to spirituality and how it could be used to bring people together and connect others along with each other. We speak about matters in regards to surviving narcissistic family members and narcissistic significant others. She tells a whole lot of crazy stories that I feel like a lot of people confined inspiration from or relate to. She is also a spiritual medium and she is responsible with connecting other people with their loved ones that have significantly passed. This is the first interview I've done with someone I've met off the next door app she is a very dope person and I really enjoyed this episode.
