On the morning of June 22, 2016, David Fann traveled from his home in Amigo to the “city” of Beckley around 30 minutes away to purchase a hedge trimmer, only to be found hours later deceased and discarded along a remote hiking path at Stephens Lake. His trail can be traced through security cameras from Harbor Freight to Ollie’s Bargain Outlet until 12:30pm. But what happened to David Fann? And how did he come to end up at Stephens Lake?
