In this episode I am joined by Naomi, Mum of 2. Wow what a podcast; Naomi tells us how being a Mum is her biggest dream after it not looking like it would be an option due to her invisible disability. But not only did she face becoming a Mum for the very first time just 2 weeks before lockdown hit, she'd had a traumatic birth which left her with ptsd and anxiety. We delve into what it was like having a lockdown baby and the difference for Naomi when she had her second daughter, out of lockdown; 'Two children out of lockdown is easier than one child in lockdown'. We talk about being an older Mum and also that you only have to be a good enough parent a third of the time to be good enough. We talk a little on Naomi's traumatic birth, how she felt robbed of lots of things from her experience and how this is happening to 1 in 3 women. Another honest conversation about parenting!
