The path to self-acceptance

You can be a confident person and get insecure. You can be a patient person and get impatient, or angry. This week I elaborate on the idea of accepting yourself fully, no matter how you currently feel. I also offer you a simple written exercise that will help you be more aware of the beliefs that cause you harm--which can be used in your journal, posted somewhere in your room, or carried around with you in your pocket.<br/><br/>Thank you for spending some time thinking with me.
