Our Triathlon Potpourri Miscellaneous Podcast: Episode 012. In this episode, we go over a variety of topics. So, we aptly name it our Potpourri and Miscellaneous Episode. First, we talk why we do this thing called triathlon, and why we are waking up early to train. Then we transition to burnout, and how to keep motivated. Katelyn then changed the subject and started talking about John's bike crash (yes, that happened). The episode continued to joining a triathlon group for training, or should you just train alone? There are pluses and minuses to both. A talk about using multi-vitamins comes out of the blue, as well as what we take.
