We are going to do a little Western States Pregame. Who are the big dogs running and what East Coasters to look for. Then John Swanson and Vanessa Kline will be joining us. If you haven't heard their names then you live under a rock. They are New Jerseys Power couple when it comes to running. John is slated to run Western States this year so we want to hear how his training has gone and what his game plan is! Vanessa owns Beast Coast Productions and puts on several big events in their home state. She has also completed Vol State and a few other big runs.
