well UFO disclosure is in the news these days and this means it’s a great time to look at previous "government disclosures". In the mid-2000's this took the form of a whistle blower who told the story of Project Serpo. This was a claimed exchange program the US government had with an extra terrestrial species inhabiting a planet known as Serpo. This one will be a two parter and this first half is going to cover the disclosure itself, what was said, and who said it.
