The World's Fastest Poker Player and an Expensive Mullet - "Jungleman" Dan Cates & Chris Brewer
Chris Brewer is a former collegiate runner turned high stakes poker player from Oregon, currently sitting second on the state's all-time money list. After getting his first tournament cash in 2015, Brewer broke out onto the high stakes scene and is a regular in Triton events and in the PokerGO studio. In September 2021, Brewer took down the Poker Masters $25,000 No-Limit Hold'em event for $427,500, just one month after getting $420,670 after winning the $50,000 Super High Roller at the World Poker Tour (WPT) Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open. Brewer's heater continued into 2022 and he finished first in the Triton Poker Series Madrid €20,000 No-Limit Short Deck event for $387,209. Despite racking up $485,202 in WSOP earnings across 27 cashes, Brewer has yet to take home a coveted WSOP bracelet or ring. His closest call was in the 2021 WSOP.com Circuit online series, where he finished third in a $500 Pot-Limit Omaha event for $14,736. At the 2021 WSOP, Brewer finished fifth in the $50,000 Poker Players Championship for $211,235.Here is what you can expect on this week's show:0:00 Introduction1:04 The world's most expensive mullet7:41 3% Body Fat9:32 The world's fastest poker player18:29 Break-down of a bad beat34:20 A run at the Olympics44:18 Will Chris get slapped silly?▬ Winning the Game of Life ▬▬▬▬▬▬Check out other "Winning the Game of Life" episodes:► https://www.youtube.com/c/Winn....ingTheGameofLifeConn with Chris Brewer:Instagram: @cbrewer4893Twitter: @Chris_D_BrewerFollow "Jungleman" Dan Cates on social:Websites: https://www.wtgol.comInstagram: @wtgolpodcast @thedancatesTwitter: @junglemandan
