Totalitarianism or Kleptocracy?

The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – What happens when the people are no longer the ones elected by the representatives? Where does that leave the republic that the Framers of the Constitution left us? It leaves us somewhere between totalitarianism and a kleptocracy. To be blunt, I’m not sure which is worse.
