Being a leader in our minds and in messages that the books we read, the movies we watch, the media follow deliver, means being “a special fellow”. It is often an image that symbolises achieving something great, changing the world, and so on. Even so much, that in practice that change develops to be coercive, unwanted, and those leaders seem to be making some colossal mistakes. <br/>The truth is that being a leader is in no way about all these. It is just a fundamentally misunderstood concept. But, I urge you to care about this mistake. It is an essential topic for our working life, plus has just immense reach into pores of our social life.
