Trust the Process

You may often hear the term “trust the process” as cliche as it can be, it is a great way of saying let go and have faith while doing it. In this episode, we dive a little into our past life and relationship experiences. Even if things may have not been what we expected, the whole purpose of our past is to make a segue into our present to eventually foresee our future because when you trust the process it will take you to places you never imagined.
