This week we are discussing how to turn your “weakness” into YOUR STRENGTH. Some people are going to see your best qualities as a weakness and other people are going to see them are strengths. Understanding yourself and knowing who you are is going to help propel you forward. Under what circumstances do you perform best? Once you know this you can continue to put yourself in those situations and places so you can perform the best!

What comes up for you as you listen to this episode? What makes you, you? My goal within this episode is for me and you to have a conversation, let's chat! You deserve to have your best characteristics brought to light! When you latch onto who you are supposed to be, it's going to bring out a whole side of you that you didn't even know existed!

Completely knowing who you are and what you bring to the table will allow you to be confident where you can turn that weakness into a strength. This comes with time, prayer, meditation, and KEEP SHOWING UP! A couple of months ago I was in a dark spot within my business. I could have just laid down, quit and got a job in what I got my degree in but that is not what God had for me.
I keep showing up not only for me but for everyone who is coming after me, my team, my community, for every woman who needs to hear this everyday. How can you turn your characteristics into ones that will benefit your community, benefit you and your purpose, etc.

Bible verse highlighted: Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens, a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.” This one is quite long but when I started reading it, I needed to finish it. This verse is so accurate because there really is a time for everything and this is God telling us that. Whether you’re going into a season, coming out of a season, or in a season currently, there is a reason for it!

Grab your herbal tea, hot lemon water, or mushroom coffee and enjoy the listen!

Main Highlights: Understanding your qualities and your character (4:22)What are your unique characteristics? (5:23)My goal is to show women what is inside of them (6:00)Really understanding who you are (7:20) Helping you see your characteristics (9:53) Bible verse (12:00) Connect with me @thewellnessrock and @steph_diehl
