UNMISS Engineering Section road works in South Sudan

One of the key enablers of humanitarian assistance is access to the places where the help is needed. The United Nations Mission in South Sudan's Engineering Section makes this work possible through the maintenance of major supply routes. Staff Officer in the Engineering Section Lt Col Sunil Kumar Jakhar says he hopes the mission will have capacity and resources to extend to work on roads linking up smaller towns.
