Walking through life with a Closed Heart

This episode is a very personal one, but I think many of you will relate to it. This is a story about how my heart was yelling out for attention, yet I could not hear it, and now I’ve given it the opportunity to speak. This is NOT a story about being a “victim” to societal conditioning, my upbringing, or the culture I was raised in.
