It is believed that the one who loved Jesus was John. Several women are mentioned by name who saw Him. Two individuals on the road to Emmaus spoke with Jesus after His resurrection and had a meal with Him. Various numbers of the apostles saw Jesus on numerous occasions during those 40 days. The occasion Stephen saw Him is described in Acts 7. We also know that the two disciples who were selected to be considered to replace Judas saw Jesus.
