You don't need another diet, you need a NEW story
Another stint on Weight Watchers or Slimming World isn’t what you need.
Neither is a new workout plan from an Instagram Influencer. You don’t even need more motivation.
In order to create lasting change, what we need is a deeper understanding of why we do what we do. The triggers that create our sabotaging behaviour.
The limiting beliefs that keep us locked in the all or nothing approach year after year.
In this thought provoking episode, we explain why the stories we tell ourselves are more powerful than ANY actions we take - and of course we'll offer tips on how to shift this so you can start living the life you deserve.
Please remember, if you find the show helpful or it makes you laugh, inspires and motivates you - please do like, share and rate us. We don't run ads on the podcast or for the show because we want to keep it as enjoyable for you to listen as possible. So if you can help us spread the word, we'd be incredibly grateful.
