Are they really created to be addictive?

Moss' book addresses questions about how fast food and processed foods affect our bodies and our brains (blood sugar, insulin, dopamine rush, obesity). He also makes the comparison with the tobacco industry and the addictive nature of cigarettes... and sugar.

What's behind the obesity epidemic? And how can we choose to UN-hook ourselves?

You'll get some insight and tips in this episode!

Get some valuable resources form Life After Sugar here:Download your free simple guide to getting more energy here.To get rid of cravings, download your 5 tips here. Also check out the Life After Sugar Facebook page, and subscribe to my Instagram account and to the Life After Sugar YouTube channel. To be part of our lovely encouraging group and get support and accountability to let go of sugar, join us in the the After Sugar Club today! And for more personalized guidance and step by step mentoring from me, Netta, the 12-week "hands on" experience in the Life After Sugar Program might be a good fit for you.
