ABOUT KENNETH SUMNERS

Kenneth Sumners is the Principal of Sumners Capital focused on placing private equity into residential multifamily real estate. He puts together a talented and highly experienced team to leverage decades of experience in the asset class.   Kenneth earned his B.B.A degree in Information and Operations Management from Texas A&M University at College Station. He was an owner of a computer network consulting firm, for 11 years honing his leadership, management, and critical thinking skills that have led to the successes he has had in real estate. He sold his stake in this company in 2017 after increasing sales and enforcing efficiencies that helped the company grow in revenue. After a successful exit from that enterprise, Kenneth began his multifamily real estate career.  Being an entrepreneur has allowed him to learn how to understand and meet the expectations of clients and handle the responsibilities of managing projects with $2MM+ budgets.
