28: Do I have trauma and what do I do about it???? With Monica Bhatara

Suppppp Cuties!!! We have a gorgey little episode today with Ms. Monica Bhatara, she is a child & play therapist that also focuses on adults with complex trauma (intergenerational). There’s very little she can’t do, we discovered. She IS Stupid Cute. Monica calls out the gals on some of their sh*t and is the most gentle sweet loving soul while she does it. She gives us a super digestible explanation into polyvagal theory, somatic play & interpersonal neurobiology (trust us, we didn’t know a thing either). We both love her so much and wish she’d adopt us - we expect the same for you.
