That episode sparked a flurry of messages, questions, and overwhelmingly positive responses. People were excited about the insights and found them to be incredibly valuable. However, many of you had a common query: What's next? How do you change your money beliefs and take the next steps? While I offered some guidance in that episode, today, I'm thrilled to take a deeper dive into three powerful methods for transforming your money beliefs to elevate your business.1. Embrace AffirmationsLet's begin with affirmations, a practice that might initially seem a bit unfamiliar or even cheesy. Affirmations involve speaking positive statements to yourself in the present tense, even if you don't fully believe them yet. The goal is to cultivate new, empowering beliefs. Affirmations can be a game-changer because they reprogram your subconscious mind, which is often influenced by outdated beliefs. To get started with affirmations, you can follow guided recordings on platforms like YouTube or podcasts. Repetition is key. Even if you feel like you're faking it at first, keep going. Over time, you'll start to notice a shift in your thought patterns. Affirmations can be as simple as "I am safe, secure, and loved," or "Money flows to me effortlessly." The magic happens when these positive affirmations replace old negative scripts in your mind, especially during challenging times.2. Practice GratitudeGratitude isn't just about listing things you're thankful for; it's about deeply appreciating the positive aspects of your life. When it comes to money, practicing gratitude can be transformative. It's not limited to financial abundance; it extends to recognizing the value of the services, infrastructure, and conveniences money provides. For instance, consider your tax payments. Instead of dreading them, be grateful for the services they support, like roads, schools, and waste disposal. Acknowledge the everyday conveniences you might take for granted. When you truly feel gratitude for money's impact on your life, it can change your perspective and energy around financial matters.3. Journal About MoneyJournaling about money is a powerful tool for self-reflection and transformation. You can use your journal in various ways:Explore your current money beliefs and identify those that may be limiting your success.Release past negative experiences or beliefs about money that no longer serve you.Write about the financial situation you aspire to have, using the present tense. Describe it without limitations, as if it has already manifested.<br/>Journaling helps you clarify your beliefs, desires, and intentions related to money. It reinforces the new beliefs you want to adopt and allows you to examine your progress over time. These practices may feel strange or uncomfortable initially, but consistency is key. Repetition and dedication are essential to rewiring your beliefs about money. Remember that changing your beliefs is an ongoing journey, not a one-time fix.For Private Business Coaching, join here: https://www.ashleejyoung.com/p....rivate-business-coac
