This week we’re getting to know more about cravings. Why they happen? What they could be telling us? And how to manage them. The body is an incredible machine. Your heart never misses a beat and your lungs never miss a breath. The body is a super computer that doesn't make mistakes. Given the right elements it can thrive and something that tends to stop us in our tracks towards our wellbeing goals can be cravings and not knowing how to handle them. Lately, I’ve seen a lot of misguided information on social media which creates an impression that cravings are a lack of will power, and I am here to disagree with that entirely. Let's talk more.
