Growing up, she only ever wanted to be a hairstylist. After working behind the chair for 7 years, she realized that it's something she’d like to keep as a hobby to love, and not as her career. She always ended up working a little behind the scenes though, helping troubleshoot systems that made things automated and as simple as possible. <br/><br/>After ending her career as a hairstylist, Maleah switched to doing lashes. She has managed teams of 12+ women, manned the phones, worked with multiple booking platforms, put together online product ordering systems, counted and ordered inventory, etc. She loves to work behind the scenes, taking overwhelming "busy work" tasks off the boss's plate. <br/><br/>Maleah is also a huge empath so there’s something in helping others that’s always filled her cup. She utilizes her ADHD to keep her hyper-focused with a dash of OCD to keep her there until the project is as close to perfect as possible.
