On July 11th, 2023, LaToya Benton and Roxane Johnson on the 26th episode of Life After the Impact interviewed Brenda Bickerstaff about her brother Craig Bickerstaff who was killed by Cleveland police on January 26, 2002. After her brother was killed, Brenda became an activist fighting for other families who have experienced police violence and a proponent of community control of the police.
