A Unifying Theory of Pickleball - the FOSS Approach
Thanks for joining us on Pickleball Therapy - the podcast dedicated to your pickleball improvement. If you have not yet subscribed to the podcast ... wait what?? you haven't subscribed? ... you know what to do.If you're feeling frustrated with your Pickleballs development, there is a way out. That way out is through understanding the picture of Pickleball, understanding that Pickleball has a design to it. There's a beautiful puzzle that is created by the rules and the court that we play on.What is your puzzle box cover? What's your approach to solving the puzzle? The word of the week this week is puzzle and the FOSS approach is a way to navigate that puzzle to put those pieces together. In this episode I explain why the FOSS approach is so helpful and why it's something that you should add to your thinking about pickleball and to your approach to this game.
In the riff, I'm going to vent a little bit as a coach from my vantage point as a trainer, as a Pickleball coach, and share with you some frustrations that I've experienced as a player and a person who wants other players to do the best they can in their game.
