Artsakh Under Attack (September 19, 2023)

In blatant violation of the November 9, 2020 ceasefire, in direct contradiction to the stated positions of the US and the European Union, and in a concerted effort to collapse the peace process, Azerbaijan initiated a mass-scale attack against Nagorno-Karabakh. While initiating attacks throughout the line of contact, Azerbaijani forces shelled civilian centers in Stepanakert, Martakert, and various regions of Nagorno-Karabakh.
