Brittany was publishing a health book at age 17, meanwhile I was smoking weed and skipping class with my friends. This just puts into perspective how hard working and dedicated Brittany has always been her entire life. We dive into a lot of really important topics on today’s episode, such as Brittany’s battle in dealing with being bullied growing up, taking charge of her life, mental health, nutrition, her journey to becoming a very successful model/content creator and social media influencer, the very traumatic experience she had while in Bali getting mugged, and into a horrific scooter accident, and how this incident changed her perspective on life.
