Call to Action: Mental Health and the Former Athlete
Welcome to the first episode of Athlete's Afterlife!

We are focused on improving the lives of Former Athletes and a lot of that has to do with their mental health. The stats I share in this episode are alarming and emphasizes the importance of why I am so passionate about course correcting this one life at a time.

Being that today, 11/11/22 is Veteran's Day, I also shed some insight on the mental health of those that were once in the field of battle.

We are also in the month of November and I am in my 4th year of helping support the Movember cause that focuses on mens depression/suicide, prostate and testicular cancer. Click the link below to learn more and donate to this amazing cause!
https://us.movember.com/mospace/14509565?firstvisit=true

For more content for helping former athletes check us out on social media!

Follow us on Instagram @ https://www.instagram.com/athletes.afterlife/

Follow us on LinkedIn @ www.linkedin.com/in/jeffrey-adam-murray

If you have a question for us send it to info@brashleaders.com

We are grateful and look forward to being of service.
