Calming the Monkey Mind - How to use BREATH and MANTRAS to quiet the mind! I’m SUPER excited to share with you an easy yet POWERFUL technique I use (almost every day 😉) to calm my mind when it races out of control (AKA monkey mind or hamster brain). I share how I use breath and 3 specific mantras to focus and center my thoughts as well as relax my body and become more mindful of the present moment.
