Cola Anderson & Erik Schuster educate us about Adams Foundation

On today's show, I was able to sit down and talk to Cola Anderson and Erik Schuster, the pair behind the Adams Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization focused on suicide prevention and mental health awareness. Cola and Erik talked to me about how the Adams Foundation was started, their mission statement, and what they want to accomplish. We also talked about mental health awareness, the importance of reaching out and finding someone to talk to, and ways we can help, whether we are local or not. Speaking of ways we can help out, the sixth annual fundraiser for Adams Foundation is coming up on August 26th, 2023 from 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
