Confidently discuss family diversity Rainbow Families and Early Childhood Australia
Rainbow Families and Early Childhood Australia have joined forces to introduce an innovative, professional development opportunity to equip early learning educators with all the tools they need to confidently discuss family diversity, while building a culture of acceptance in early learning centres, nationwide. The organisation has developed a comprehensive, free, online training course in collaboration with Rainbow Families and will be available through the Early Childhood Australia Learning Hub. The program is called ‘Beyond the Rainbow: Making a Difference for All Families’ and has been developed as an online course. Scott Brunelle, the Project Development Officer joined Rach & Dean on JOY Breakfast to tell them all about it and how we will be able to get this fantastic initiative into Early Childhood centres across the country You can find out more information and read all of Scotts incredible handywork at rainbowfamilies.com.au or via the learning hub at earlychildhoodaustralia.org.au The post Confidently discuss family diversity Rainbow Families and Early Childhood Australia appeared first on JOY Breakfast.
