Sonya Milliman is a native of rural New York, who has 2 children of her own and<br /> reared 4 others, she also has 2 grandchildren, and who has been living with<br /> Undetectable HIV for 6 years. She currently resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she works at Capitol Area<br /> Reentry Program as a Harm Reduction & Prevention Coordinator. She is Co-Chair<br /> for Committees for Ending the HIV Epidemic on both city & state levels, Member.<br /> of Louisiana Coalition on Criminalization and Health, a U=U & HINAC5<br /> Ambassador, a member of Positive Women’s Network- USA-Louisiana Chapter<br /> and Vice-Chair of Baton Rouge Transitional Grant Area Ryan White Advisory<br /> Council. She is dedicated to enhancing the lives of all those who are THRIVING with HIV,<br /> struggling with disabilities and/or addiction like herself and those who suffer from<br /> STIGMA, systemic racism, classism.
