Crown & Conquer: Mulan & Mushu's Motivated Meters
Hello, Royal Warrior,<br/><br/>Today, we embark on a workout that will require the mindset, heart, and spirit of a true warrior ready to bring themselves honor. <br/><br/>Warm-up:<br/>Dynamic Stretches - your choice<br/> Disney Mulan Dance here or traditional warmup here<br/>10-minute walk or light jog (RPE 2-4)<br/><br/>Workout:<br/>4- minutes (7-8)<br/>2-minute recovery light jog or walk (RPE 2-4)<br/>2-minutes (RPE 8-9)<br/>1-minute recovery (can come to almost full stop but need to keep those legs warm RPE 1-2)<br/>Repeat 5x total for (45 minutes)Cool-down:<br/>5-minute walk or light jog (RPE 2-4)<br/>Static Stretches <br/><br/>Remember these can be modified to YOUR journey, and if you need help, reach out to your Fairy RunMothers at info@timeforbrunch.com<br/><br/>If you are a 1:1 athlete please check your coaching platform notes for workout details.<br/><br/>Embark on your journey with strength, determination, and fairy dust.
