Before you just rule this out because it’s going to take some time, first consider if what you’ve been trying is working. If not, we recommend you watch this all the way through because you wanting to lose weight fast is the EXACT reason you’re stuck!
We know… we tried it for years. Our goal is to teach you from our own personal mistakes.
When you do it right, the food you end up craving IS THE FOOD THAT IS BEST FOR YOU!!Imagine that! You might not believe it now, but it happened to us over the years.
So what did we focus on:- Progress, not perfection (doing better is a win even if it’s not ‘perfect’)- Cutting back things little by little (and being consistent before cutting back more)- Not doing it alone (have TRUE support… not someone who will let you get away with the BS you try to tell yourself to justify why you can’t follow through… a friend or spouse usually doesn’t work in this case because they’re more focused on not hurting your feelings).
