Elan Sherod Carr is an American attorney and politician who served as the Special Envoy for Monitoring and Combating anti-Semitism under President Donald Trump from 2019 to 2021. Before that appointment, Carr was a deputy district attorney in the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office.
