In this episode, we're shifting our focus to sideline cheer, a crucial aspect of cheerleading that often doesn't get the spotlight it deserves.
Our guest, Coach Claudia Ralph, is the Head Cheerleading Coach at Princeton University. Prior to arriving at Princeton, Ralph spent two seasons as Head Coach at New Providence High School in New Providence, NJ.
Prior to coaching, Ralph was a cheerleader for 14 years, across all levels of cheerleading. Her collegiate cheerleading career included stops at Division III Catholic University and Division I Seton Hall University during her junior and senior years. She served in leadership roles for both teams during her collegiate career.
After Ralph graduated as an undergraduate in 2020, she pursued an MBA at Seton Hall, which she earned in 2021. Ralph is very active teaching and choreographing all levels of cheerleading around the world with Rah Rah Routines, an independent cheerleading consulting firm.
