This episode I discuss the importance of self awareness of your pulse under varying types of stress in your everyday life. I also teach the method of managing onset anxiety and stress by "matching the movement to the heart rate. I discuss the importance of heart rate variability in stress management versus a high stress response to all varying stresses in life.
