Why have one success stories when you can have two?! We've changed it up in todays episode and brought both clients onto a call in a 'hot seat' fashion to share with myself and the team just how well they've done over their time in The Confidence Project!Both Liz and Nicola have been with us since the start of the year and fast forward 6 months they have crushed it! The development and growth has lead to many things and achievements... but ultimately a whole lot of confidence!They've had different journeys but the result is the same and I am so proud to add two more successes to our ever growing list at The Confidence Project. They've learned to love them for who they are, win the battle of the mind and come out on top across their health, fitness and wellbeing. And this is only half way through the year... I am so excited to see what else is to come from them!A must listen... inspiration is inevitable here.
