We’ve been hot on setting boundaries for a while now, but it seems like people who aren’t in the personal development space are starting to talk more about them. The problem is, a lot of people get the concept of boundaries a little mixed up. What someone sets as a “boundary” is actually more like just being an asshole. Boundaries aren’t about making people do what you want, they’re about monitoring your own reactions and behaviors. If you find yourself resenting everyone and everything in your life, it doesn’t mean you should start telling everyone what to do. Sometimes the best option is just to walk away.
