Ep.55-Steve Galley's Story-Inspirational Teacher turned Transformational Coach-"Teaching skills translate well to coaching skills!"
I interviewed Steve Galley, a former teacher and now a Transformational Coach with TRANSFORMnow Coaching LLC. Steve was a teacher and coach for 20+ years and one of his good friends inspired him to get into coaching. Drawing on the skills developed over three decades of experience as a teacher and coach, he helps people create high performance habits and experience transformations in life arenas of their choosing! The core mission behind Steve's coaching is to help people to experience joyful, meaningful transformations during my remaining time on earth. His philosophy of coaching centers on these 3 principles: 1) we all share a divine origin, 2) we all can improve the levels of our performance in any circumstance, and 3) we all have limited time on the planet. Steve is a motivational speaker and listening to him share his story in this interview inspired me to reach new heights! Steve is a powerhouse!Steve Galley’s LinkedInTRANSFORMnow LLC LinkedInQuotes “I started making $15, 900 in 1991"“Sometimes my June and July were busier than school months with my other jobs.”“Teachers should be able to move district to district…state to state…and not be penalized.”“Companies are paying their employees to get better and this should be the same in education.”“My friend was coaching me and that was the snowball with multiple things happening next.”“During pandemic time, what was created for me out of crisis and chaos actually led me on this path to becoming a high performance coach; really is a beautiful path for me.”“Don’t retire from life.”
