In 2015, Wilma started her own consultancy, Rise Business Growth, dedicated to supporting and advising organisations on how to grow their sales, profitability and market share and became a non-executive board member of award-winning skincare technology company, Cutitronics. With over 20 years of experience in the skincare and beauty industry, Wilma is helping to drive innovation in the sector. In 2020 she was Recognised as an Inspirational Woman in Technology and throughout her career has contributed to revolutionising the way we take care of our skin at home.
