Episode 116: What do you do when faced with FEAR?
This episode was actually inspired from a question asked on social media as this was one of the biggest responses I got from all of you! What do you do when faced with fear and how do you respond?You may delay fear instead of stepping into it to reach your goals for several reasons. However, in this episode, I am going to break down each of those for you and explain how fear may not necessarily always be detrimental either. You'll hear about the implications you'll face if you allow fear to take over and allow you to procrastinate but with 5 practical steps you can take to overcome that fear: Have clear and Realistic Goals Hire a mentor or coach Step into it!
