Episode 19- Instant gratification is killing your dreams
In this episode, I talk you through what instant gratificaiton is, and how it is killing your dreams. If you want to create the discipline to do the hard things your highest vesion of yourself needs, then learning to hold and process negative emotion is the key. Delayed gratification is essential. Delaying your gratification for long-term outcomes is another piece of the puzzle in your self development. Intentional thoughts to think on purpose I release the need to feel comfortable right now to support my dream life in the future. I am so abundant.
