In this episode, I'm joined by Charlotte, a pelvic floor physio to talk all things birth preparation.

Charlotte completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Monash University in 2012 and her post graduate certificate in pelvic floor rehabilitation at Melbourne University. She has worked in both the public and private sector in Australia and in London, where she worked in one of the largest women and men’s health physiotherapy teams in the UK. She has extensive experience in treating women and men with bladder and bowel problems, prolapse, and pelvic or sexual pain. Charlotte’s love for pelvic health started early in her career, which took her travelling to Ethiopia to volunteer and observe at Catherine Hamlin’s fistula clinic and also to parts of Tanzania. She is very dedicated to continuing her professional development and has completed further specialist courses in rectal balloon training, persistent pelvic pain and bladder pain syndrome. Charlotte is passionate about educating women and men about their pelvic floor and empowering them to be able to achieve their goals with confidence.
