Episode 2: How I went from "Ego Eden" to "Conscious Eden"

In this episode, Eden answers the question from a member of her community on Instagram - "What was the initial push to do an internal shift (from fitness/dancer & travel Eden to now). This question came from someone who Eden grew up dancing in the same studio with, so she has seen many different versions of Eden as she's grown and transformed, and this question is a beautiful opportunity to dive deeper into sharing some of those past versions of herself. Throughout the episode, Eden explains how some events in her life lead her to a deeper understanding of herself, she talks about her real life Spirit Guide that planted many seeds of wisdom and knowledge throughout her younger years, and the biggest shift that happened for her in 2020.
