Welcome to EPISODE TWENTY! yes, twenty in words not numbers because I am freaking proud of myself for getting here. In this weeks episode we meet the delightful Stephanie. Stephanie is a clinical naturopath, herbalist and yoga teacher. We go back to her childhood and talk through her being an emotionally sensitive person and taking on the energies of those around her and how this affected her growing up. At 16 she started looking for connection within friendship groups which lead her to start recreationally using party drugs. Surrounded by people who normalised this, she began using marijuana to bring her down after a big night out. Slowly over time this progressed to daily use of marijuana and to the point where she was using all of the time. When this started to make her anxiety worse, she realised something she had to change. With the help of some important people around her she decided that it would be no more and took steps to turn this habit around.Stephanie has some beautiful advise in this episode and is such a calm, loving energy to listen in to.
