Episode 32: What's Your Story

Trauma did a number on my self esteem. I have been noticing the differences in that story from, say, 10 years ago, to the story I tell myself today. Years ago I was the problem in my story that needed fixed. Today I am no longer the problem, but the fixer of the problems that arise.<br/>This episode What's Your Story? is to get you to think about your own story.
