Adam Glass currently resides in the state of Texas. Adam has a life full of weight training/calesthenics, has served in the military, competed in BJJ and Arm Wrestling, but he is probably most well-known for his insane grip strength/feats. Some of his more notable feats include his transfers/thumbless transfers of the Thomas Inch Dumbbell, a double thumbless walk over 22ft long with two Thomas Inch Bells, Lifting two 200lb Thomas Inch Bells at a bodyweight of just over 200lbs, doing some of the strictest plate curls with 45lb plates and beyond that we've seen in the grip world, and pulling impressive numbers on any bar or handle he touches.
